Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we recognize that some areas of this Site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known areas of ongoing improvement include:

• Third-party embed content — The MLS/IDX property listing embed on the Listings page and the Google Maps embed on the Contact page are served by external providers (CRMLS and Google, respectively). We do not control their accessibility and cannot guarantee they meet WCAG standards.
• PDF documents — The Buyer's Guide PDF available for download may not be fully accessible. If you need this content in an accessible format, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
• Animation effects — Some page elements use scroll-triggered fade-in animations. While these respect the user's system-level reduced-motion preference when possible, some animations may still appear on certain devices.

We are committed to remediating known issues as our website development continues.

This Site aims to conform to the following standards:
